Safety

Triple M Housing Ltd. has continually been developing its Health and Safety Program for 25 years.

We have initiated a formal Health and Safety Program, which includes the development and creation of a Health and Safety Policy Manual. This policy manual outlines various responsibilities, at various levels, for employee assistance programs, tool safety and workplace rules and expectations.

We are also involved in a "Partnership in Injury Reduction" program with the Workers Compensation Board of Alberta, Worksafe Alberta and O H & S. We have met all the criteria required by our partners and have maintained our Certificate of Recognition for the last 8 years.

Triple M Housing Health and Safety Policy

Triple M Housing Ltd. is committed to a health and safety program that protects our staff, our property, contractors working on site, visitors and the general public.

Employees at every level are responsible and accountable for the company's health and safety performance. Management will set an example and provide leadership in the development and implementation of the safety program; it policies and procedures and by providing appropriate equipment, training and education. It is the responsibility of all managers and supervisors to ensure that all activities under their control are performed in a safe manner and in an environment conducive to safe operations. It shall be the responsibility of each employee to observe the established regulatory and company practices, standard safe operating and safe work procedures, to work in a prudent, smart and safe manner.

Employees at every level should be familiar with the applicable Occupational Heath and Safety legislation as it relates to their every day duties and work processes.

Our goal is a health, injury free work place for all employees. This can be attained and maintained by working together.
