All homes are designed to meet or exceed the National Building Code of Canada (CSA A-277 or CSA Z-240) as well as many other international standards.

Specializing in manufactured and modular housing, Triple M Housing residential home brand names include: Masterpiece, Cape Cod, Metropolitan, Mosaic (RTM), Midland, Melbourne, Mirage, Meridian and Mountain.

The company is operated and administered from Lethbridge, Alberta and employs over 450 people.

Originally named Alma Homes, Triple M Housing Limited began production in November 1981 and has enjoyed an enviable reputation ever since.

Our industry leading innovations have garnered us a number of awards including the 1990 Province of Alberta Award of Excellence in Affordable Housing. In 1996, we were also the first manufactured home builder in North America to achieve ISO 9001-1994 Quality Assurance Registration, the internationally recognized benchmark for quality management.

In 1994 we produced our first modular home. Our latest series of modular homes are especially designed for city lots and they are setting new quality standards for system-built homes. Factory engineered housing is now widely accepted as a quality alternative to site built homes, and Triple M Housing is well poised to be a future leader in providing housing choices for consumers throughout North America.

In 2009 we completed our State of the Art Innovation Centre in Lethbridge which, with double the production capacity of our previous plant, will allow us to build a wider range of product to meet the design and budget needs of all home buyers, and allow us to increase our capability to construct buildings to meet the needs of commercial developers.
