Built to conform to local and national building codes, each home is built in modules at Triple M Housing's climate-controlled factory, then shipped to your building lot, where each home is assembled by trained and certified staff. We build three lines of modular homes. The Metropolitan (two-storey and bi-level), The Masterpiece (Cape Cod multi-sectional and Bungalow) and The Majestic (Multi-section Rancher). Our engineers will modify floorplans to suit a customer's requirement and to meet the requirements of handicapped people.
