Safety

The health and safety of our employees is extremely important to us and is something we have dedicated a great deal of time and effort to over the past 30 years. Triple M Housing has a Health and Safety Program in place intended to create policies and procedures to protect our staff and others on our site. The Policy Manual outlines the various responsibilities towards safety for our Managers, Supervisors, Workers, Contractors and Guests. Every employee is expected to follow the policies and procedures outlined in the manual in regards to safe working and safe work habits.

Triple M Housing has been and continues to be a "Certificate of Recognition" holder in the Partnership for Injury Reduction program in Alberta. This partnership is a joint collaboration between Occupational Health and Safety Alberta, Alberta WCB and the Alberta Association for Safety Partnerships. The partnership program is aimed at reducing the frequency and severity of injuries in Alberta’s workplaces.
