Triple M offers an array of home designs that can fit with virtually any type of architectural controls. Built to conform to local and national building codes, each home is built in modules at Triple M Housing’s climate-controlled factory, then shipped to your building lot, where each home is assembled by trained and certified staff. And, because we know our homes are better constructed, with every attention to detail, we back every home with a comprehensive material and workmanship warranty.

We build three lines of modular homes. The Metropolitan (two-storey and bi-level), The Masterpiece (Cape Cod multi-sectional and Bungalow) and The Majestic (Multi-section Rancher). Our engineers will modify floorplans to suit a customer’s requirement and to meet the requirements of handicapped people.
